I discovered this DIY beauty book while staying at a friend of a friend’s in Budapest (Óbuda). The design is incredible. I need a copy!

The Heart Will Win

“The heart should play an important role, not only in married life, but in all of our relationships: with friends, relatives, business associates, and even strangers. Even if the other person uses the head, you should use more heart. Remember, ultimately the heart will win; it might take time but it will win. If you really want to use your heart, you will be guided in that direction. God’s guidance will be there. Pray more and trust in that higher force.

Om Shanthi, Shanthi, Shanthi”

Reflecting.

Thank you to the Almighty, thank you to those surrounding me, thank you to myself for being who I am. Photo credit: Steven Weiss, nomad & NY pal who stopped in Budapest to reflect with me.

Today I embark on a month long overseas journey spanning across 3 different countries. I look forward to visiting the homelands of some of my ancestors and hope this trip will bring me clarity, inspiration, healing and memories for life.
